The Friday Five

Happy, happy, HAPPY Friday!

A mama dream came true last weekend when CK attended cheerleading camp!!  For those of you who don't know, I cheered in middle/high school... like competitive, serious, I-have-a-state-championship-ring-cheerleading.  And I would love for my girl to follow in those footsteps.  Our local high school (which has a great cheer program!) did a one-day cheer camp last Saturday, and you'd better believe I signed CK up as fast as I could.  And she loved it!  They did a little performance at the end and my mama heart was just so, so happy.

And speaking of CK, she is just loving preschool you guys.  So much so that as soon as she gets home, all she wants to do is take E up to the playroom and "play school."  She acts out her entire day with E, and it is hilarious!  She makes him go to centers and small group and have rest time and story time and snack time and play time - and he even has a notebook where she puts down if he had a good day or not.  It is the cutest!

We just kicked off our next bible/book study at church and this time we're reading this book.  I'm really excited to explore this author - he seems different from any other I've ever read.  And I'm even more excited about the sacred time with those girls on Wednesdays.  Our conversations are just so awesome, and just what I need in this season of my life. <3

And speaking of those Wednesday nights, this past Wednesday a couple of the ladies in the group talked about how much they listen to worship music and how much it keeps them centered and connected.  So this week during my early morning neighborhood waddles walks, I listened to a little Hillsong United instead of Rhianna's "Work, work, work, work!"  And I have to say, it was such a great way to start my day.  I am so excited about using my morning exercise time to simultaneously start the day in an uplifting, spiritual, inspiring way.

Oooooooooh baby names!!  SOS.  So we were pretty much narrowed down to two names for each gender, and I was really excited about them!  And now we're not.  Now we're pretty much back to square one, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't stressed about the fact that I could go into labor at any minute and we're 100% unsure about what we're going to name this little one.  I feel like I have considered every single possible name that exists on the planet, with nothing T and I can agree on.  Help me Rhonda.

Have a great weekend!
